    I am appealing the Zendesk decision for the following reasons: From my understanding of the rules, I have never sent "large numbers of duplicate replies or mentions. As a matter of fact, I don't believe that I have ever sent a duplicate reply or mention. However, the day before my account was suspended, I used @nytimes 10 or less times in the body of several messages, ALL DIFFERENT, that referred to an article the New York Times published.   • Twitter business marketing

    The only thing worse then bad customer service is no customer service. Twitter seems to exacerbate this problem or at least companies are not really using Twitter correctly. In recent months we are starting to see those ubiquitous little twitter icons on tv commercials and print ads the same way every ad in 2000 had the novelty of a “.com” url to go along with the company logo.   • Suspended Account

    my twitter account has been suspended for months due to "suspicious activity". I've contacted twitter NUMEROUS times with absolutely no response. Each time I've requested further information as to why the account was suspended and how or what I could do to resolve the issue and reinstate the account.   • American Home Shield

    Hello, I am another unsatisfied customer with American Home Shield. The customer service for this company is just terrible. They really don't care if you are having a repair problem or not. I had a dishwasher that had been not draining properly and had to pay a $50 service fee a total eight times. By the time you add up this up I paid over $400 to get my dishwasher repaired. Being that I am a working person I had to juggle my work schedule to meet these technicans over and over again.   • American Home Sheild owes my family an apoligy from a manager

    This Company doesn't have the staff or sense of urgency to help all of the service calls it recieves. Also the management refuses to get on the phone to talk to you or me. I've asked on multiple conversations to speak to management and i have still never spoke to them. they hide behind there operators who lie to you saying they will call you back within 24 hrs. they do put you on hold for minutes to see if management becomes free then the operators gets back on the phone and tells you they'll call you back.
