American Home Sheild owes my family an apoligy from a manager

This Company doesn't have the staff or sense of urgency to help all of the service calls it recieves. Also the management refuses to get on the phone to talk to you or me. I've asked on multiple conversations to speak to management and i have still never spoke to them. they hide behind there operators who lie to you saying they will call you back within 24 hrs. they do put you on hold for minutes to see if management becomes free then the operators gets back on the phone and tells you they'll call you back. My name is Mr. Sanchez I live in the Houston Tx area I have 3 boys ages 11,7,& 5. I live in a newer subdivision sold brick home built in the mid 90"s.it's teh end of July the average temp. out side this week is 95 degrees. our cental air unit went out sunday the 20th we contacted American Home Sheild Monday Morning the 21st. it is saturday the 26th our central air unit still is not working. we've had two diffent companies come out both tried to fix the unit. first guy cost us our 55 dollar service charge worked for half the day then stopped(airtronic katy tx). called him back he said over the phone that he recommend it be sprayed out with water(Cleaned). that cleaning would cost us 200.00 and that american home sheild would not repair the unit until we did the cleaning with him. our unit is not that old. looks very clean would you give a guy 200.00 to spray your clean unit down with water after he didn't fix it right the first time. I asked him if after i paid him 200 to spray out my unit and it still didn't work would he then replace the motor. he said yes i then asked him what about my 200.00 do i get it back. his replay was no because that needed to be done to satify American Home Sheild. I got a second opinnion for another 55 dollar sevice charge A.C.T. air conditioning of Texas came out said it was something else and that it would be 391.00 dolars to get it done and running. we paid , because at this time 5 days without air we just wanted it done he told my wife (iwas at work) that this would fix the problem it would be running when he was done. during his repairs he noticed that the first service airtronics put the wrong size compressor and it blew out the fan. he did his 391.00 worth of repairs and told us that after the fact. ACT called American Home Sheild and told them what he did and that we needed to call the first Guy out to replace the fan that blew out because they put the wrong size compressor in. this whole time we don't know who to trust anymore how much more money it will cost AND what we are paying American Home Sheild monthly for since 2004. we have spent atotal of 500.00 and still 6 days later our air is not working. making a long, Run on story short : american home sheild shows no sense of urgency to a family that has been paying them for 4 yrs and has been waiting for 6days in 90+ degree heat any personal attention. management wont talk to you. management wont return your calls they don't spend 70 dollars to put you in a hotel after we've paid 500.00. they treat you like the medical field does HMO's just minnimal repairs keep paying whaterver a repair man says then they will repair the unit if it still needs it. so today i sit here waiting for the first mistake to come back and if a miracle happens that mr. wrong (airtronics)comes with all the parts he needs on a saturday we will get our aircondition unit fixed today. but if not American Home Sheild said that then they might put us in a hotel room, if we go one more day without air. I heard geico has a home owner policy. but if you live in a newer house put 55 dollars away on your own for home repair is what I'm doing after this. to many phone calls, messages, BS cut out the middle man/American Home Sheild/waste of money. thanks for your time and management feel free to call me within 24 hrs yea right.
